I hope you and your family are healthy during this virus pandemic.
My family and I are thinking of you especially if you or a loved one is suffering with the virus.
Certainly these are very difficult times and I encourage you to phone and check on your older relatives and neighbours.
We should be supporting one another not panicking.
So far my family and I are OK here in Australia.
We are still working and going to school and I am continuing to update the Forever Young Autobiographies website with articles and videos to help you record life stories.
Indeed some readers have said the pandemic has encouraged them to write more.
This could be because:
- They feel a need to document current virus events, thoughts and feelings
- Have a greater sense of urgency to record memories and life lessons
- They are at home with extra time available for writing
If this is you, here are some free links to articles and videos that can help:
- How to write an autobiography in four simple steps
- Autobiography definition: Plus biography definition and memoir definition
- Writing flow: Finding the best places to write your autobiography
- How to start writing: The ultimate guide about planning to write life stories
- Writing tips: The ultimate guide of life-story tips for new writers
- Life story challenge: The quick and easy way to record a loved one’s biography
And of course I am still here if you get stuck with your writing.

Stay healthy everyone,
Nicola
